At Tri & Run we believe that the best way to improve as an athletes to pick a specific goal and then get expert coaching and a bespoke focused training plan which will include regular feedback.  Even the greatest athletes struggle at times with objectivity, which is why a personal running or triathlon coach can provide you with honest feedback, and accountability as you progress towards your chosen goal.

It contains details of the sessions that will help you to gradually progress in the time you can train for, whilst also suggesting strength and conditioning sessions to help you to develop resilience and prevent injury.
