Exercise is so much easier and more fun with others.  Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned athlete, you can get so much more out of a session with someone telling you what to do. I tailor each PT session to the needs and aims of the client.  With a level 3 in Personal Training and a level 4 in Diabetes and Obesity Management I can cater for your specific requirements.  Each session is varied and progressive and will help you work towards your goals.  Whether it is to develop strength or core conditioning to support your training in another sport, or general fitness and well-being, I can provide fun and challenging sessions, designed specifically for you.
